I first approached Kerry after feeling disheartened by a string of race results. My fitness levels weren’t where I wanted them to be, and I was struggling to figure out a solo training plan that tied into a busy work and family life. After five months, I have seen my fitness and enjoyment for running improve beyond all expectations, and my running goals are more ambitious than before.
Kerry’s coaching style is personal, friendly, supportive and flexible and my training sessions are diverse and interesting. Our training and racing recaps are open, informal and lots of fun. Kerry is the missing ingredient that I’ve been looking for on my running journey!
